More Information
We built the battery we wished existed: one that charges like your phone, hits full 1.5V like the alkalines you grew up with, and doesn't end up in a landfill every few weeks.
Voyager C batteries charge with USB-C, so they work just like your other USB-powered devices. Inside, an improved voltage profile means the power holds steady and mimics true alkaline discharge. Each battery is rated for 1,000+ recharge cycles, replacing disposable batteries over its life, at a fraction of the long-term cost.
Join our mission to "End Single-Use". Fewer batteries in the trash, less money spent replacing them, and power that doesn't quit.
Voyager Voltage
Voyager Series batteries use a new discharge curve engineered to balance high output voltage with extended runtime. Rather than the flat, sudden drop-off typical of lithium rechargeables, Voyager works like an alkaline discharge profile: voltage gradually softens as capacity depletes, with a final drop at the very end to reliably trigger low battery warnings on devices like keyless door locks.
How is Paleblue different than other rechargeable C batteries?
Most rechargeable lithium batteries hold a flat voltage right up until they die, then drop off a cliff with no warning. That's why low battery alerts often don't work with standard rechargeables, and devices like keyless locks or smoke detectors can shut off without notice. Voyager Series is engineered to discharge more like a traditional alkaline: voltage gradually decreases as capacity is used, so your devices get an accurate low battery signal before they stop working, not after.
