Pale Blue batteries come with a warranty for defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please contact us at returns@lab4.co.nz with any issues you may have or if you require a return authorization number. In order to process your return, we will need defective product returned to us along with your return authorization number and your proof of purchase. Upon receiving defective products, Pale Blue will provide replacements or refunds at our discretion.
