Product Care
- Only use the battery that is designed for the specific device you are using (Do not use the incorrect size battery in any device).
- Put batteries in the device in the correct orientation. Do not put them in reverse orientation from what is indicated on the device.
- Do not mix battery brands or types in the same device.
- Do not mix charged and uncharged batteries in the same device.
- Do not mix batteries of different charge levels in the same device.
- We recommend use the charging cord that came with the device and connect to a 2A output Power Supply Unit (PSU) for optimum charging.
- Do not charge the batteries under your pillow, on your bed or on a flammable surface.
- Store batteries at room temperature.
- Do not place batteries in direct sunlight or keep them in hot vehicles.
- Store batteries in the carry case provided, in a cool, dry place, and away from anything that can catch fire.
- We recommend charging every 6 to 9 months for batteries that are stored or otherwise unused for a long period of time.
- Do not immerse the batteries in water or allow them to get wet.
- Do not break, open, puncture or disassemble the battery casing.
- Do not leave the batteries unattended while charging.
- Keep batteries away from children and pets.
- Pale Blue batteries are not toys and should not be played with especially by children or pets.
- Do not solder any connections directly onto the battery.
- Do not short circuit the battery by connecting a wire or metal object directly to the + / - terminals.
- The battery assembly contains a safety and protection circuit, which should not be adjusted in any way. If this circuit is damaged or removed the battery could get hot or ignite
- If the battery is work out, fully discharge it before recycling.
- Stop using the battery immediately if it emits a strange smell, gets hot, changes color / shape or appears abnormal. Contact Pale Blue for support at support@paleblueearth.com.
- Do not place in a microwave or put the batteries in an oven or induction stove top or hob.
- In the event of any leakage from the cell, avoid contact with the eyes. If any leakage is in contact with the eyes wash immediately with water and seek medical attention.
